Аннотация
В данной статье речь идет о связи между метафизической двойственностью основы и существования и внутренней динамики частной воли человека. Мы анализируем то, как метафизический монизм, который Шеллинг приписывает Спинозе, а позднее и Гегелю, несет ответственность за снятие свободы человеческого индивидуума, поскольку он не объясняет существование зла, а, следовательно, сводит его к существованию опорной системы более высокого порядка, которая предопределяет индивидуальное (1). Сначала мы рассматриваем принципы разделения и объединения, основания и понимания с человеческой точки зрения, а именно — как волю основы и любовь, как частную и универсальную волю (2). Человеческая воля раскрывается как кульминация и модель воли, пронизывающей природу, как существенный аспект откровения и становления Бога. Связь между принципами разделения и объединения демонстрирует различие, которое Шеллинг устанавливает между человеком и Богом, реальным и идеальным. В то время как Бог, или идеальное начало предшествует разделению к логико-онтологическом смысле, воля человека всегда остается в неустранимом напряжении между началами, т.к. она не способна преодолеть конститутивную для свободы оппозицию добра и зла. Добро остается одним из результатом человеческой свободы, а значит, частной воли человека. Добро для Шеллинга заключается не просто в реализации всеобщности, а в моменте неснимаемой особенности, необходимой для достижения реального и действенного принципа (3). Именно к этой неопреодолимости частной воли в процессе конституирования человека относится наша гипотеза о шеллинговском либертарианском анархизме. Связь этого тезиса с критикой государства также обсуждается в статье (4).
